How to get the best kitchen for your $$...

Kitchens are the command center and heart of every home. Creating a beautiful and functional kitchen is our ultimate goal. We design and build kitchens that meet your needs, your space, and  your budget. Here's the typical process...

1. Initial visit and Proposal
We schedule a walk-thru to measure the space and discuss your ideas. We'll offer design ideas and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Together we'll clarify the scope of the job, discuss a budget and timeline. After this meeting we'll prepare a thorough price proposal for your review.

2. Design Phase
This is pre-construction planning; we discuss your design style, the finishes and fixtures you want, take exact measurements and begin planning the space; this includes layout, cabinetry, appliances, countertops, flooring, faucets, appliances, lighting and paint colors, all within your budget.

3. Final fixed price contract
You will know the exact price of the remodel before we start. Only changes you make during construction will affect this price, or any code violations hidden behind floors or walls.

4. Construction
We will keep the construction area clean and neat. You will know ahead of time when we'll start and finish every day.

5. Completion
We will finish within the time frame stated in the contract and within your buget. Our intention is to finish the job with that showroom look which reflects a high level of professional craftsmanship.
